Our Staff

Mark Moore trained at Whitecliffe Collage of Art and Design. While learning a diverse range of skills at Whitecliffe, his main interest and direction was still life photography, concentrating mainly on studio work and shooting commercial products and concepts. Once finishing his studies he traveled to the U.K. for several years while gaining valuable experience with a reputable Lincolnshire based studio Kamara Photographic Studio.

Since returning to New Zealand, Mark worked as a freelance photographer for a number of years shooting weddings, and portraits while working in the digital print industry. In 2004 Mark purchased Papakura Picture Framers, and continued to grow and develop his skills in the photographic and framing industry.

In 2010 Mark developed an new brand called Photosmart offering existing clients and new clients Team Photos and School Photos at competitive prices and great incentives for all participating Clubs and Schools.

He continues to enjoy the business of photography, and continues to carry on learning the art creating images that people admire and enjoy.

Shaun Lindesay is our assistant photographer. Shaun's main involvement with us is in post production using his photoshop skills and more currently becoming skilled in other photographic applications and processes including photographic printing, canvas printing and picture framing techniques. Shaun helps us on several of our photoshoots and enjoys and range of photography, while shooting events and concerts in his spare time. Shaun also has experience with videography and is keen to develop this growing part of our business and look to initiate more services that we can offer our clients.

While completing a photography course at Unitec, Cushla approached us for work experience in 2011 to help complete her course. In early 2012 she joined the team and gained further experience in all aspects of photography and picture framing. Cushla recently returned to N.Z. from her O.E. and now contracts to us part time. She especially enjoys wedding photography where her keen eye for good compositon and stands out.
